• Installation with installation of a socket + 30 €

1. Replacing a shower cabin

• With the installation of a shower tray - 250 €

✓ The cost of works includes:

- shower cabin assembly

- shower cabin adjustment

- connection to regular water supply and sewerage systems

- check the shower is watertight and fully operational

- Seam sealing

- Dismantling of sealant with cleaning of seams

• Disassembly of the old cabin - 70 €

1. Mixer replacement - 50 €

• The cost of works includes:

~ Dismantling the old mixer

~ Preparing the site for the installation of a new faucet

~ Installation of faucets in the bathroom, kitchen, shower

~ Gasket replacement

1. Installation of decorative ceilings on glue

• The cost of the work includes:

~ Preparation of walls for painting (putty for painting + sanding + primer 2 cycles)

1. Plaster on the plane to the level

• The cost of the work includes:

~ elimination of all protrusions and irregularities.

1. Laminate installation - 12 € per sq/m

~ installation of laminate on the prepared surface - 10 €

1. Tile restoration

The cost of work depends on:

• type of damage to tile (ceramic) tiles
• number of elements in need of restoration
• Depending on the type of restoration (ceramic wax/two-component putty)

1) Boiler repair: draining water, diagnostics, checking the performance of the heating element and control system, replacing one of the elements of the water heater's performance.

*** Attention! The final cost of repair work, as well as the cost of work on an individual request, can be specified after the specialist inspects the brokerages and determines the scope and timing of the work (urgency).

The price of works is indicated without the cost of consumables and building materials, including the necessary work in case of revealing hidden damage.

The price of the work is without tax.

*** Attention! To avoid serious breakages of the boilers, cleaning once a year is recommended! There is a lot of sediment and scale in the tank. And this leads to breakages and requires maintenance of equipment.

It is urgent to carry out preventive maintenance and clean the water heater if:

- the water heater has been working for more than 1.5 years and has never been cleaned;

- water takes longer to heat up than it should;

- thermal protection often works;

- the water has a sulphurous smell.

*** The cost of services does not include the cost of spare parts and additional materials, which depend on the specific model of the boiler and the specifics of its installation.
