Secure parking

An important aspect when traveling by car is its parking. Not every residential complex can boast of its own area where the guest could leave the car. On the sea coast, the opportunity to leave your car becomes a privilege, and not an ordinary service. The Sun Coast Resort complex provides its guests with parking - worrying about a private car will not overshadow a holiday on the Black Sea.

At your disposal is a parking area for 22 cars. The entrance to the site is equipped with a remote -controlled barrier. The guest can get a control panel from the administrator of the complex or order it at his own disposal if many trips are planned.

In addition, there is an electric car charging facility in the parking lot.

For the safety of our guests, CCTV cameras are placed in the parking lot.

Parking Rules

1. It is forbidden to close animals or children in the car in the parking lot.
2. It is forbidden to block the exit of other cars.
3. It is forbidden to block the exit from the parking lot.
4. In case of emergency, if you are forced to break the rules above, please leave a message with your contact phone number.

Service cost

A parking space is provided free of charge for guests and apartment owners of the Sun Coast Resort.
